WHY THEY APPROACHED US

Basecamp is a fast-growing student accommodation brand operating across 12 cities in Europe. With rapid expansion came the need for a more flexible, scalable digital platform — one that could keep pace with their growth and give internal teams more control.

They were looking for a modern web experience that made content management simple, supported multiple regions and languages, and offered a smoother, more reliable booking journey for users.

WHAT WE DID

We rebuilt the frontend experience and rolled out a new CMS, giving Basecamp’s team full control across 12 cities, 5 countries and 5 languages.

We also integrated with their third-party booking platform using custom APIs to improve the conversion flow and streamline the booking experience.

As the brand scaled, we supported their growth by optimising infrastructure, enabling flexible marketing updates, and providing ongoing dev support, right through to their acquisition by Xior Group.
