First, we interrogate context. We allow our curiosity to guide us, surrounding ourselves with the right people and artifacts to gain meaningful insights. Then, we frame them. Finally, we distill our learning and deduce the journey - from the beginning reflection, all the way to the end validation.
For us, to research is to experience. It means getting to know the audience and better understanding human beings - what motivates them, what moves them. No data is absolute. In this process, we work hard to unearth the overlaps that become the opportunities to move - the opportunities to create experiences that matter.
